Palladio Partners strengthens private equity business
08.01.2024 - With the arrival of Britta Lindhorst and Lucas Fischer, Palladio Partners now has one of the largest private equity fund investment teams in Germany
Palladio Partners is strengthening its private equity business: Britta Lindhorst and Lucas Fischer join the company in January and will continue to drive the expansion of the division . This means that Palladio Partners now has one of the largest private equity fund investment teams in Germany.
“We are delighted to have attracted two such experienced private equity professionals for the further expansion of our PE activities,” comments Bernd Kreuter, Managing Partner of Palladio Partners. “Both have many years of experience in advising German institutional investors and implementing ESG strategies.”
Many years of experience in global private equity
Britta Lindhorst joins from HQ Capital where she was managing director and head of European private equity with responsibility for the global ESG and sustainability strategy. For 14 years prior to that she was a director of the Generali Group in charge of the global private equity portfolio. In all, she has over 37 years of investment experience, thereof 24 in the global private equity sector. She joins Palladio Partners as an Executive Advisor.

Lucas Fischer also comes from HQ Capital, where he worked in the private equity team for ten years, most recently as co-head of European private equity investments. He strengthens the investment team at Palladio Partners with his extensive experience in fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries.
Regarding his move to Palladio Partners, Lucas Fischer says: “Palladio Partners has a clear strategy in the area of small cap private equity investments and offers me the opportunity to contribute my expertise in global fund investments and co-investments.”

The private equity team at Palladio Partners is focused mainly on the European and US small cap segments.
